Tired and exhausted thoughts before work is over.

If i had to change anything on me, it's too slim down ever so slighty and add that to some girth below the waist, not too much, just some. Also, to fix this damn ankle of mine.

Chicken is a goto late night work meal, so i dont fatten up more. I gotta keep the dad bod fit and not croak by 40.
