As someone who does astro-photography often, I highly recommend the app Astrospheric for cloud cover! I use it all the time when I plan for using my telescope and getting pictures.

This week has been unbelievable. Not one, but TWO incredible displays of the Northern Lights, on back-to-back nights. I still don’t have words to describe how breathtaking this was. I’m so happy 🥹

A #SolarFlare from active region AR14274 has capped out around the X1.8-class level. Not bad, but I expect we'll see something stronger than this before the week is done!

Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) has been one of the neatest objects I’ve seen with my telescope. An interstellar visitor that won’t be seen again for another 1,350 years!

It was so much fun getting to take and share these pictures with everyone :D
