Last night, the Board and the Dalhousie Faculty Association reached a tentative collective agreement and mutually agreed to end the labour disruption.

Suspended classes are expected to resume on Tuesday, September 23.

The Dalhousie Board of Governors and the Dalhousie Faculty Association (DFA) met this afternoon to resume discussions.

At 4 p.m., the Conciliator ended the conciliation session.

At this time, the parties have no further conciliation dates scheduled.

As of 11:00 pm, the Conciliator has directed both parties to return to the table at 1pm, Tuesday Sept. 9.
