We were supposed to stay a Sonder one in Toronto and we got cancelled on because they were undergoing Renos! Super disappointing, it looked like it would've been good!

Our inner city transport was our cheapest.. free hotel shuttle, one subway ride each, and one bike rental each, and free airport shuttle back lol

We did a late brunch and early supper everyday, but it was also only me and Kat, and it was 42° so not much of an appetite. Budget friendly lol. We packed a lot of our regular snacks from home too.

I put in dates for next May, but yeah there's probably lots of people thinking of Jays dates for next year atm

We stayed at the Hilton on Richmond St west.. we booked it maybe 6 weeks out? I looked and it's currently showing 600+ for next year but it jumps all over

What would be your nightly hotel budget? We stayed at the Hilton downtown this summer for 345/night , but didn't find anything much better further out? Then factoring in train prices and the extra time we figured it'd be easier staying right in the city lol

Spaghetti and meat sauce, lasagne soup, meatballs, ghoulash and the shepherds pie. I give them a quick blitz through the food processor just enough so it's almost the same texture as the ground beef!
