My friend bought a Labubu today and let me open it (they thought it would bring joy) and boy do I love opening blind boxes lol

It got me up and showered, got me to eat some fruit and reach out to a few friends.

Dealing with the lose of my Aunt, developing new blood clots in my leg, not showering in 5 days, being jobless, and figuring out where I am.

Depression can look so different for everyone. Lately for me it has been isolation.

I haven't spoke to friends, family, I haven't checked social media, I haven't done the things that bring my joy. I've just been staying in bed and sleeping.

My Aunts funeral was today and my heart is aching.

Cancer took her too soon and we never seem to have enough time with the ones we love.

A lot of Americans at work today saying how lucky we are to have a Prime Minister who isn't Trump or remotely like Trump.

My uncle came and spent two nights and it was so nice. Zero negativity, zero political talk, zero anxiety, just chill days.

I have a lot of trauma from my birth dad. One of them is our bed had to look like military beds at all times. Blankets tucked in as tight as possible with zero wrinkles. It's something that stuck with me but last night I slept with everything untucked and all over the bed. I've had the best sleep in
