For a beloved writer to apologize, takes humility and grace. But for a politician who has as much, but no more right, to comment on this national situation, to then call that writer "a horrible, evil, twisted liar" is really politically foolish.

I heard that Stephen King made the mistake of passing on false information that he had not fact checked regarding Charlie Kirk. Then I heard that he admitted his mistake, apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. For a beloved writer to put his political positions out there, takes courage.

Heard a Dem won today and has shifted the balance of power, but for how long is anyone's guess.
