Night seventeen: So fun fact, when I am in the right mindset I can write about 2000 words in forty minutes. Which I just did. This scene is super heavy and is a big point of guilt for my mc for future installments. It also has a high property damage, death and injury cost. #NovelEmber

Night sixteen: Welp looks like the case is over because the boy confessed. And obviously in a world of magic where mind control has been shown before, that couldn't possibly be a red herring.... #NovelEmber

Night fifteen: Welp I'm one thousand words behind sooooo guess whose staying up past midnight? This bitch! But we're almost to a confrontation with a mysterious and very dangerous person and once I get there I should get a boost of inspiration #NovelEmber

Night fourteen: Was out late so I didn't get to write nearly as much as usual. But luckily I had a stockpile of extra words so I should still be on track. Tonight though we climb trees to escape our dorms. #NovelEmber

Night thirteen: hehehe thirteen. Anyway the trio has a plan to sneak out like bad children so they can go talk to some other bad kids. But honestly the more I write and think, the more messed up I realize I made some things. Yay!~ #NovelEmber

Night twelve: Despite a very persistent cough I managed 1400 words in less than an hour which is more like me. And more lore is being dropped about the city, school and the mysteries of the former, setting the stage for a certain future installment. #NovelEmber

Night Eight: Technically wrote a liiiiiittle over but I was busy having one character help another through an anxiety attack using the 5-4-3-2-1 method. Yeah, probably not a good idea to bring up their past trauma #NovelEmber

Night seven: 11244 words so far, not bad. I had a really rough day (my cat scared the daylights out of me by getting out of the house but she's safely on my bed now) so I didn't get to write as much as usual but the duo is now a trio and yay Em isn't a fool #NovelEmber

Night six: Surely trusting in the mysterious boy won't backfire, he's surely not hiding a massive secret behind those beautiful emerald eyes of his... #NovelEmber

Perfectly normal night out for engaged couple, they even go to a cool party with party hats and noisemakers and a male stripper who comes out of a rainbow tinged bathtub.

Night five: Writing an entire threat without making it obvious the actual situation going on is really difficult. I have to be both obscure in my wording and clear enough that it can still be plausible for when the truth is revealed. #NovelEmber
