I think I'm done with being a customer for Enterprise. I needed a one-way rental (2 hour drive) to an airport. After calling and booking over the phone I booked my flight and then looked at the email. He swapped the start and destination locations. I called back, no cars are available.

A week later... Both 980 Pro's had the firmware of death. I used Samsung's app and updated the firmware of the good one. The dead one stayed dead and Samsung sent a new 990 Pro as a warranty replacement. I've formated that one as a Windows Dev Drive.

And the affected drive was a Samsung 980 Pro. Which appears to have had an issue that Samsung had fixed with a firmware update. After I recover the nuke partition, I guess I'm doing some firmware updates.

I am more than a little disappointed that this is too long to send to the Vestaboard at work.

Hours later... a new boot drive has been installed installed with a nice clean OS... Accidentally nuking the partition of my data drive did not help things. One step forward, two steps back.
