I think DeepSeek inv. lasted one week ;) So, no decisions, other than TT. This raises the question of whether regulatory authority - such as that the EU has/ claims - is sustainable with the current level of enforcement. As we see, the US has lighter regulation yet considerably stronger enforcement

Sovereignty is not only about building European chips, clouds, or AI models, it is also about ensuring that EU law can be effectively applied and enforced – including against powerful non-EU companies.
A new Declaration for European Digital Sovereignty, signed by all EU Member States, seeks to boost Europe’s technological capabilities.
MICHAL CZERNIAWSKI welcomes this step but warns that the Declaration remains silent on effective enforcement and human rights.
