App released ✅
Feels like an incredible milestone!

This was the easy part - built the thing. Now the hard part, actually serving a purpose for real people.

Sanker is now live on the App Store. Hoping to release on android in some weeks (anybody wanna test?)

So that was easier than expected. Got accepted the next day. I’ll manually release the app when I get back from vacation though - I know I won’t be able relax if the app is live. Still working on the first update while on holiday though! 🤷‍♂️

Should maybe clarify that it’s no an expo tool or anything - just an unrelated app I’ve built. I’ve just found the expo and rn community to be so supportive, both on Reddit and here on bluesky

Thanks! Initial iOS launch, then android. Have been a bit scared by the recent raise in requirements from google, but I guess I’ll figure it out.

It’s an secondhand marketplace for outdoor gear and clothing.

I’m only a hobby developer, so it’s been quite an undertaking for me - and AI has really enabled me learn about all the knowledge gaps I had.
