Meet the accountant who now runs Bogalusa. He doesn't speak with Mayor Tyrin Truong.
His appointment came a time when the city was still overcoming the shock of Mayor Truong's arrest stemming from a drug trafficking investigation.
After Bogalusa's mayor was caught in a drug trafficking investigation, a local accountant appointed by the state took over the city's administration. He doesn't talk to the city's elected leader, and he makes $200 per hour. By Willie Swett:

At this New Orleans bar, Philadelphia Eagles fans delight in Sunday traditions: 'Like a family'
Meet the die-hard Eagles fans and the bar staff that call this Bywater dive bar their home away from home.
βItβs grown so much itβs become like a family."
And this past weekend, our homepage was flooded with stories of football festivities, celeb sightings, security and more ahead of the Super Bowl as reporters worked 24/7 (literally). This story by Joey Cranney about Markey's Bar was a personal favorite of mine
