I don't know. The US and its allies regularly commit acts that fall under the definition of war crime. There is no authority to hold us accountable.

No, it seemed common sense to me that callous disregard for civilian life would be a war crime. But before I labeled it that way here I literally read the Geneva convention. It's not long, and this issue is spelled out very clearly.

Making an attack with explicit knowledge of likely civilian death is an explicit war crime per the Geneva convention.

You're making false equivalences. War is brutal enough, but its inevitability is recognized. Collectively, we decided some acts are over the threshold and we call them war crimes. Bombing a residential building full of civilians to get a single person is one of them.

Unfortunately their correlation is a common cause: chemotherapy. I actually do have a lot of hair back but it's very thin compared to a year ago. I'm doing ok all things considered. Family still smiling so I keep swimming. Chemo continues till it stops working or I can't deal.
