It's by the Cardozo Kindersley Workshop, as is most of the lettering around Cambridge. I worked there from 2007 to 2010. I didn't set it out or cut it, but I do remember scrubbing dust out of the letters the day the clock (the "Chronophage") was due to be unveiled.
