Who will take care of him? He needs help to feeding and cleaning himself when he becomes immobile.

For the past few days, I couldn't stop thinking about Bandit got eating disorder. He keeps gaining weight, become lazy, health declining and start ignoring his family until chili had enough. Then he got divorced and now lives in dingy apartment. His weight was skyrocketed until he was barely mobile.
