Off to Rhode Island via Chicago via Albuquerque via Santa Fe. Delays in Chicago, so I'm arriving very close to time the car rental places close (1am). Fingers crossed I can get to them in time ... and that my show stuff makes it there too!

Show overload! Drove to San Jose for O&C Expo last week; survived back-to-back local markets last Saturday; flying off to Providence, Rhode Island this week for O&C; road trip to San Antonio, TX the next weekend for another O&C; a weekend at home and then off to Philly. 🤯

Market day! We have back-to-back events, Downtown Growers in Albuquerque till noon; back home to Santa Fe for Artwalk at Santa Fe Brewing Company that starts at 4pm. Adventures!

Turns out it's the interpositive, which was also lost. Should still be a solid restoration, but a bit disappointing.

Currently a hot mess because kitty Eames is getting a dental cleaning tomorrow and it's like always scary since we lost our sweet kitty Lydia to a dental procedure six years ago. Plz send good vibes yall!

Yesssss! That scene is beautiful and inspired and full of power, history and gave me all the emotions. One of the most incredible scenes of any film.

On the bright side, I'm getting back to some of my more wacky paint schemes for some of my cats and I'm pretty stoked about how this one is going!

In other glamorous small business owner news, I spent two hours spray painting 20 small frames that we use for displaying art prints because they kept getting scuffed up. Hopefully they dry fast and are more durable and look cool in grey!

Lost three woodcut pieces to a bad clearcoat right before this weekend's Oddities in San Jose. Five hours down the drain ***SCREAMS***

The real crime here is that we still don't have Happy Death Day 3.

I'm so glad this sequel exists and at least if it ends up as just two films it was worth it.

It's a shame that Jason Blum threw this film under the bus like a coward rather than championing the film for it's creativity and giving credit to the filmmakers for their wild swing.

We just saw MEGAN 2.0 and it's a true shame that audiences haven't shown up because ... it's awesome!

Block anyone who implies it’s crass to try to sell art bc of “Everything Going On.” Motherfuckers there is going to be a LOT going on FOREVER, and artists sell art AS THEIR JOB. Do you go to fuckin McDonalds and scream at the staff “HOW COULD YOU BE MAKING FRENCH FRIES AT A TIME LIKE THIS??” Grow up

Today is pretty productive! Got four new woodcuts out of the laser cutter that I'm prepping for paint, finished designing the table signs from yesterday and got them printed, laminated and in their stands and I'm hoping to get a few more things done before starting dinner!
