I spent the last 4 days plein-air painting in rural Pennsylvania. In February. Yes, it's insane. Call it my extreme sport! Thursday & Friday were frigid, like a snow globe. On Saturday the sun came out & the world was so colorful! Today we hung our wet paintings at SAMA Ligonier.

I retired here, originally from Detroit, the a career in DC, now painting and writing and loving this place. I saw so much energy for Harris in town and across the counties, all over the middle of the state. why wasn't it enought?
