Be gentle w/ yourself around the trauma symptom of decision paralysis. The problem is not that you don't have enough pressure or shame to get yourself to act. It's usually the opposite: you don't feel like you have enough safety or support.

Try softer, not harder.

This is very helpful. I had a training once that simulated what my husband’s vision was like. It’s amazed me ever since how much he does with his ever decreasing extremely limited vision.

These first two days have perfectly illustrated for me how it really is a disability. Phew. Without attention it’s very hard to function.
