Starting to seem that way, at least at the moment there are some blemishes in their own initial statement. DHS admitted in court that a weapon was never brandished by Martinez. The only reason DHS would elude to anything remotely as such to the public in their statement, is to stoke fear and chaos.

Ms. Martinez’ lawyer says body cam footage shows the agent turned into HER car and yelled “do something bitch” before firing shots.

Lest it be forgotten, the president may be immune re: official acts (assuming these are), but subordinates committing extrajudicial executions are not so entitled.
