Bluesky has been flooded with automated reply bots - they'll offer a sort of confrontational opinion as a reply. They're pretty convincing and we all need to train ourselves to not reflexively reply to all responses until we check

The sooner folks realize there are no underlying principles motivating these people beyond the acquisition of power, the easier it will be to understand what's going on

Leaving the account up just so no one else is tweeting using the name, but no longer maintaining an active presence on Twitter. Unfortunately have to keep my personal account there (as passively as possible) for journalistic and research purposes - at least until the user base collapses
