Their Director of Culture is paid close to UK Prime Minster levels. Haringey Council has been "crowned" London's "Borough of Culture 2027".
AND every penny, a tax on United States importing companies and/or a tax on American consumers.

🚲 YES. North London's über-conservative (Labour) Haringey council is boxed-in by Boroughs doing better on bicycling. Haringey will be among the last in London to have adequate cycling infrastructure. Unfortunately, there is net-zero political will available, nor from their Highwaymen.
