Today's walk took us to the Temple, Temple Newsam which was designed as part of Caperbility Brown's redevelopment of the estate. Sadly, it has been behind railings for a long time.

Over 6000 people in some of our lowest-income areas saw improvements to their rented properties and were signposted to further welfare support. 85% of properties inspected were found to be non-compliant - proving how essential these schemes are.

I'm always keen to work alongside local Highways Officers to improve pedestrian safety and reduce vehicle speed across Armley Ward.
A resident raised this with me and Highways were keen to investigate options (Armley Ridge Road shops/takeaways towards Amen Corner)
With Highways, looking at whether Armley Ridge Road at Christ Church qualifies for a much needed zebra crossing!
