35 years today, one of the most important albums of my teenage years hit the shops. I was hoping to post something in depth about it on Dubstack today but it’s been a hectic few days, so keep ‘em peeled later this week. Until then , big ups to Rodney P and Bionic and everyone involved in this record which helped form the sonic landscape in my head. When I signed to Tru Thoughts back in 2011, the album’s master tapes were sitting on the desk mere inches from where I scrawled my signature on my contract. A little while later I was furnished with multitracks to remix Money Mad which I gave a throwback dancehall relick. A dream come true. RIP Sipho
