Rauchrohr kann man ggf. in eine Fensteröffnung mit ner Holzplatte einbauen (gibt feuerfeste Durchführungen), das Ding macht auch mit kleinen Stöckchen warm, und man kann darauf auch kochen. Wäre eventuell auch direkt in der Ukraine fertigbar.

I would guess the Saab 340 AEW&C has good passive capabilities too? Air Defence has to use their radars at least some of the time to be effective.
Then have a look with fixed wing drones after you know in what area to look.

No, it should be quite practical if you hit the pump station. Those pumps (and valves!) are specialised equipment with lead times measured in years. Big fires will compromise a lot of the components, especially electric insulation/wiring.

Nach dem Völkerrecht befinden sich Israel und Syrien wohl seit 1948 im Krieg. Friedensabkommen hat Israel nur mit Jordanien und Ägypten geschlossen.

Das ist schonmal die falsche Sicht drauf. Es hat 5 Anläufe im Sicherheitsrat gebraucht um den Angriff der Palästinenser aus dem Gazastreifen auf Israel zu verurteilen, und selbst da mussten „both sides“ bedient werden.

Ich bin froh das in dem Fall jemand eingeschritten ist ohne auf eine Resolution eines kaputten Sicherheitsrats zu warten, sonst wäre „Jesiden 2.0“ zu erwarten. Das Israel da auch innenpolitische Interessen hat, um seine eigene druzische Bevölkerung zu beruhigen, wird anscheinend vergessen…

Israel wurde in Folge des 7. Oktober 2023 ja durch die Weltgemeinschaft klar gemacht das die Anwendung der UN-Charta optional ist. Und dass die UN-Charta nichts wert ist, weil Interessen von anderen Staaten im Sicherheitsrat zu Vetos führen. Anspruch und Wirklichkeit sind bei der UN nicht vereinbar.

Es ist nicht beim Abschneiden von Bärten geblieben.
