Training time 60min.

Still training! Today was Push Press 3 x 5 x 145/155/165#. Also lat pulldowns 3 x 8 x 160#, ab fallouts, bicep curls and tri ext to failure. Training time 45 min.

After a week off (traveling for work) & a hellish week at work, I’m finally back in the gym. Just deadlifts today, doubles up to 295#. Was going to do farmer walks but it’s too damn hot and I needed to do some other garage cleaning anyway. Also brought the lifting belt in one notch, so that’s nice.
