Unironically, this. The seasonal charts are so packed with shows made without an ounce of passion behind them besides casting a wider profit net. It's not sustainable. Give the animators a break! Let's all hunker down and watch Gundam and The Twelve Kingdoms.

I'm at least still feeling confident in handling ingredients and making sure the texture is right by eye, it's just the literal last hurdle that tripped me up, so not a complete failure! Especially since the leftover bits still taste great!

Impulse bread did NOT go well and I have been thoroughly humbled... Had some truly awful sticking and couldn't get it out of the pan, but the loaf itself WAS really nice before I was given no choice but to destroy it :( Note to self: more oil and maybe a strip of parchment next time!
