People will, but I can't imagine getting excited for HL3 at this point. The thrilling conclusion to an story that never had any plans, or answers, like a JJ Abrams story, held up by a type of innovation that does not happen anymore, made by a company who now only seems to make games on accident.

Whole thread is great but honestly I have built most of my “writer” career by being the guy who knows how to make better tooling for writers. It’s a problem I’ve been thinking about a lot. UX writers, game writers, localizers, tech writers all live in shitty ecosystems.
