She overruled a lower court's ruling that allowed trump to pull all South Carolina voters' information to use. This was then overturned by the SC Supreme Court.

It's directly connecting her legal ruling which prevented trump from collecting all South Carolina voters' information.

So after Goldstein's decision denied Trump access to South Carolina's voter information, her decision was overturned by the South Carolina Supreme Court. Now Trump has access South Carolina's voter information.
