it is insane how much productivity I lost today because of this. honestly I wish there was some way I could sue for lost wages.

I tried to log into my Amazon account today. up until now I have had no difficulties, but all of a sudden I'm being asked to provide a passkey I never made. I spent HOURS trying to figure out how to get into my account. so blindingly frustrating.
