That’s Jim Risch, Idaho’s other Senator… he has a more pronounced sourness of demeanor than Crapo, but shockingly, Risch is the more petty of the two.

Having to see Risch’s raggedy, bitter, old face immediately after Senator Bookers’ triumphant and patriotic performance is the meanest April Fools joke the universe could play on us. Just another reminder that Idaho’s senatorial delegation will always suck the joy out of any room.
