The Isuzu COA III was a design study out of Isuzu's california design office. Chief designer Takao Honda wanted a car that was a complete departure. I feel he achieved that. It was branded as an alternative ATV. Lots of ground clearance and a mid-mounted engine.

We had a memorial cruise today for my friend Todd, a Seattle weird car community icon who died last month. I couldn't stay for the whole thing, but I'm glad I went even if it was a long drive down and back. Very mixed emotions, but he would've liked the cars.
