For sure! In the meantime, something that helps me get through the daily bs is to revisit my goals and motivations for being where I am, and to take stock in the little things.. it helps, but it's defs not a solution.

If its already gotten to this point, I'd recommend going to talk to HR about this, if after that things still seem like they're not going to change, go to your union for sure, remember that they literally exist to defend your workers rights :P
