This "if you mention race, it's racist" is something many on the left and the right have in common at the moment. So race + biology = verboten (yet medical research conducted on whites only = problem.. why?), also race + history = verboten (= "critical race theory").

Thanks for speaking up. The commentary here does seem to support your general point. I am not a fan of the idiocies of the left or the right. I read the Pinker article and it appears most of the commentators did not (?).
