After having to redo MANY TIMES I think I made decent progress on my rig! I'm gonna leave for the night to see how I feel tomorrow before working on it again.

Been taking a break as well (I deleted off my phone and only look occasionally) and my mental health has been so much better!

This is still one of my favorite drawings. 2 hour drawing challenge and Cynthia is always fun to draw.

Gonna fight this imposter syndrome. Cleaning my office space and will rig later today between work calls.

I haven’t been working on art this week. Been busy. I haven’t streamed in awhile and feel bad and now I’m struggling with imposter syndrome. I’ll figure it out. Maybe I can work on rigging between work calls tomorrow… once I clean my workspace.

Paypal is now playing harder ball on artists, going after anyone even mentioning commissions.

Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.

Customers, SAY NOTHING about commissions. Just say "thanks" on donos.

Really want to encourage libraries - especially school libraries - to put no-AI content into your collection development policy. At the very least, if you have a clause in there about requiring accurate information, you can use that to weed out or prevent genAI purchases.

Hi everyone! I've been really busy. I got a new bed and had to put it together. Took us 3 days but WORTH IT! The entire house became a wreck thanks to the bed putting together and I'm steadily cleaning it. I wanted to stream but I can't function in this messy workspace. >.<

Don’t automatically assume that your elected officials will do the right thing because we know that half of them won’t and may try to capitulate under pressure. Call your elected officials and be a constant, unceasing pain in their ass. You elected them to work for you not the other way around.

Whenever I leave the house to do 1 thing, I end up doing a lot more and I'm drained. Such was yesterday. I went to Costco for 3 things today and ended up grocery shopping.
