The vet thinks she is about 7-8 months. She’s a sweet cat. Minimal strategic warfare. There’s some non-serious play fighting, but she mostly gets along with her cat brothers and ignores the dog.

A pot of coconut wax pellets melting on a gas stove.
Several candle holders full of melted coconut wax in various stages of solidification sit on a wooden board.
A small candle is lit in a dark room.
I’ve been making candles for fun & gifts for a few months. I tried using coconut wax for the first time and the candles turned out great. I learned that coconut wax burns longer than bees wax due to a lower melting point. It doesn’t produce soot and can hold a scent better other waxes. #candlemaking
