This is Víctor Davalillo. He played 30 seasons in Venezuela, collecting the most hits (1505), doubles (196), runs (668), at bats (4633), and games (1280) in league history. He also played 16 seasons in the majors where he was an All-Star and a Gold Glover. Overall, he had at least 4133 hits.

This is Alejandro “Alex” Carrasquel. He was the first Venezuelan to play in Major League Baseball when he faced the Yankees with the Senators in 1939. He was also the first Venezuelan player to hit an MLB home run. He won the first game in Venezuela’s pro league in 1946.
