We could then conjecture that this Original Weltall transformation would appear at time where Lacan/Grahf himself becomes Id... But looking at the game scene, the 3D model does not seem different. What is it refering to then?
Xenogears was released in 98, and is still cooking.

Yet Perfect Works/game contains a similair transformation, involving helmet splitting off and opening in three parts : shaping from Weltall to Weltall-Id!

Pas the Hakozaki section, the fanart section of the magazine displays even more nice works.

Hakozaki elements finished with the usual couple contest, this time gratified with a Bart doujinshi, featuring Sigurd's crop top.

This last set is interesting : the upper right face is indeed in PW, but I did not find the two other sketchs in it. I thought I already have seen the left sketch somewhere, but it does not seem to be in PW, nor in 20th birthday pamphlet or in the exposed filed of the 20ths concert.

Some small variations with regards to Perfect Works : the first image is displayed in PW, but with grey smoky bakground. Chibi/bulky version of Rico is in PW as well, in colored version.

Second page of Hakozaki Elements #13 features Rico. No new details about the character in the text, but having full drawn portraits is always appreciated

Sophia's drawing features a nice little poem, while Billy's stance with the "Time for repentance" caption is more frightening for me than anything else.

Two very small doujinshi on the top right of the FAQ. HArd to read but the upper one seems to praise for Xenogears OST, saying the only thing the artist would like to know is the sequence of words heard in the boss theme Blazing Knights (as you know, this question was answered *much* later).

Page 1 starts with an informative light FAQ. Nice advices are given to win the Card Game, while Rico fans express how they love their favorite character, even if his voice is sometimes weird. Peopl wonder also how after her intimate scene with Fei, Elly guessed it was already morning.

We can now go on to Hakozaki Elements #13

The reader's corner features a contest for reader's favorite girl character in videogames. Winner is Maria (Xenogears) and second Chelsea (Tales of Destiny). It seems some reader's did not follow the contest rules and voted notably for Nathalie Portman (for Léon movie).

The present issue was out 8 months after Xenogears release, but the game is still holding the User's chart 10th spot. This issue contains notablye Hakozaki Elements #13

The Playstation Vol. 74, among many other details on Square game and the weird japanese goofy rebranding of Abe's odyssey "Abe a Gogo" (tribute to Fraçoise Hardy... why not?), we get a new variations of Xenogears ads (so many different ads for this game).

Billy is introduced as a Wels atoner, whose bullets are filled with rage after his mother got killed by them. Primera is also introduced, but notably no info is given neither with respect to the Ethos/Religious content or to Jessiah. Again, Billy's sprite was still not ready.

Bart (with the meaningful Barthlomei transcption I kept for the book) is introduced as nothing more than an ostracized prince, pursuing his throne back. Fierce, charismatic and strong, Bart is said to be a reliable and strong ally (Note that despite Maison's sprite is not ready).

Citan is presented as a skillful doctor, living in the outskirts of Lahan village, over a mountain. His abilities in combat, Gear operating and repariing are praised, as his wife and daughter are also briefly introduced. Hints are given towards his originality and secrets.
