However, if your e-bike can go faster than 25km/h it is classed the same as a moped and must have a license plate...

...which is exactly the same as the law here in Ireland, only here it is not enforced.

Wtf. You're joking. There was a consultation a few years ago about changing to a similar system to court service dash board and updating the case management system.

The Board had never had enough staff or technology to do its job. Its a miracle they get done what they get done, its basically all down to the staff who are massively over worked. The IP unit historically had a large staff churn, from what you could say was being burnt out.
