1. The birds are quiet today. Still traumatized by last night, I'm guessing.

2. PuppyFren™ and I collected so many abandoned bits and bobs from the urchins' costumes that we are pretty much set for next year.

Not to brag, but PuppyFren™ is the fastest of them all.

This year's Halloween vino is a 2007 Barbera d'Asti Superiore. A few years past its prime, perhaps, but pretty delizioso nonetheless.

2. We observed Leo the Cat attempting to crash morning mass at the local parish. We overheard him telling the ushers he was Il Papa.
