In all seriousness- yes!

Protein content in cheese can vary but hard cheese averages out about 25% protein. You can artificially increase it by sieving the curds more than once

As a vegetarian protein from dairy is my biggest source (as cheese and whey protein)

Lots of studies show a linear correlation between low protein intake and increasing Clinical Frailty score.

Far fewer have shown the benefits of interventions.
