Exercise βbetter than drugsβ to stop cancer returning after treatment, trial finds
First clear evidence that structured exercise regime reduces risk of dying by a third, can stop tumours coming back or a new cancer developing
The first phase 3 RCT proving exercise reduces risk of cancer recurrence & is better than many drugs. This should be a gamechanger & trigger funding to support people to be active in a way that works for them. It def supports what we do at Move Against Cancer!

Protein in cheese | Arlafoods.co.uk
How much protein is in cheese? β Cheese with high protein content. β Arlafoods.co.uk
In all seriousness- yes!
Protein content in cheese can vary but hard cheese averages out about 25% protein. You can artificially increase it by sieving the curds more than once
As a vegetarian protein from dairy is my biggest source (as cheese and whey protein)
