I wish I had seen a massage therapist sooner, it’s much cheaper and more beneficial. It would frustrate me too how quickly they go through people. I saw 3 different ones years ago and often wondered if they caused more damage and how much of it was just muscle overuse versus joint stuff.

I’ve seen chiropractors in the past because I couldn’t move my neck, but yeah they’ve often pressured me to keep coming, whereas when I started doing massages I have mobility.

Yeah this, no matter my posture or how I am I can’t go past 2 hours now or my body breaks. I have to stop stretch and do something else.

Yes deff do stretches before and after! I also get monthly massages now. Often neck problems can be related to shoulder overuse. I also have slight damage in my neck from a car accident year ago, so I have to take breaks.

I sort of see it as energy attracts energy, if my emotions are heightened or I’m doing something that feeds me positively (music, creating, journaling, etc.) I feel like my own energy can tap into this plane that this other energy exists in. The worst has been gut feelings of leave now, danger.

But then it’s like even as I write this, I feel like oh it’s just my brain playing tricks on me, but it’s the weirdest thing. The worst is anger I’ve felt in places I shouldn’t have been and I’ve also felt curiosity, like someone was wondering what I was doing (especially if I was drawing).

Yeah it’s weird how I’ve experienced it, I don’t want to call it a vibe, but that’s how it is? It’s not like they’re there, but some essence of them is.

In situations where it hasn’t been that I’d get feelings someone was watching me and if I ignore that long enough I’d sense an emotion with it.

That’s how I see it! Like energy that can’t escape for some reason and gets stuck there. Most of the spooky stuff is mind games, but it’s like bits of the distant past collide with our current moment if you’re sensitive enough to it!

Like I don’t believe in traditional ghosts per say, but I think there’s a bit of energy from whatever passed (I’ve had this experience with animals too, my old cat was a very weird experience when I had to put her down). I think eventually that residual energy leaves, but sometimes it gets stuck.

I don’t think it’s weird. Strangely, I have the opposite beliefs. I don’t believe in cryptid stuff (although I like the stories and lore around it), but I do believe in this energy that fades after death. I’ve experienced a lot of death in my family at a young age, so I’ve had weird experiences.

It takes some time, but I’ve found it more fulfilling! My art and things I make do the best there. Just focusing on YouTube and Bluesky. And yeah I still have my IG, just don’t use it anymore.

I am also not restricted from the sounds I use either like I am on TT, IG is just dead to me and I refuse to use a platform actively pushing ai slop all the time. I’ve tried both for years and only grew a little. YT I’ve had consistent growth even though it can be a lot of work.

I honestly prefer YT for short format stuff, it tends to perform better and is a way I’ve been able to get more engagement to my longer format stuff and unlike TT and IG your videos can trend again.

I know YT stole too, but after you upload a short you can edit it to have tags and other things.
