FL’s utilities produce over 40% of the state’s toxic greenhouse gas emissions. The PSC has the authority to help them transition to renewables & FL laws say they should. The PSC needs to enforce our laws to diversify our energy system, lower consumer costs, & help protect our fragile environment.

FL’s electric utilities currently account for 40.3% of our state’s greenhouse gas pollution. It’s time that the utilities’ only regulator Public Service Commission STOPS “rubber stamping” every 10-Year Site Plan by doing its job and enforcing Florida law! www.climateinthecourts.com/new-youth-cl...
