Happy Friday! Dinner last night at The Buckhorn Saloon and Opera House in Pinos Altos with friends. Lunch today with girlfriends at Denny’s in Silver. I cut a wide swath through gastronomy.

Well, I think we tell each other because it’s a constant revelation how many things deteriorate as we age. I find it comforting to compare notes, makes it less terrifying to not be “the only one.” When we were young, we compared notes on common experience, which was school or work.
