Happy Birthday to our Lark! 11 years old. Still the best companion and partner in sports I could hope for. During her 10th year Lark earned a TDX tracking title and was awarded the American Rettungshunde Sport Association's 2026 National Championship. Onward and upward during Lark's 11th year!

We enjoy our silver muzzle senior dogs as much as we do having puppies around us. This week Legendary Broadsword of Obsidian "Kupo" celebrated his 12th Birthday. Kupo is the last dog standing from the B Litter. Storm and Colt from the A Litter are still with us though! They will be 15 in February.

Iko was returned to us a few weeks ago. Rather than find him a new home, we've decided to keep him. Iko has easily folded into our pack and he possesses the traits I want to see in a 9 month old puppy destined for a life in sports. Registered name is Obsidian's Innocent Until Proven Guilty.
