My thoughts are with the families of Adrian Daulby and Melvin Cravitz at this terrible time. Places of worship should be sanctuaries and safe havens for all. No one should feel scared to attend their synagogue, church, mosque, gurdwara or temple. As we head into the weekend, there will be increased police presence in and around synagogues across the capital. Our Jewish communities must be able to live and worship free from the fear of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or violence. The fact they cannot do so is utterly unacceptable. It is clear that there is much more to do to rid our society of the poison of antisemitism, and we must redouble our efforts to stamp out this vile hatred wherever it rears its ugly head. Ming Campbell was a dedicated public servant and a true Liberal giant.

It's been really encouraging to see Disney taking that (predicted) $20billion hit over the ABC/Kimmel farce. The BBC should be watching this. There are more people who are anti-Farage than pro, and their constant platforming of Reform may turn out to be very costly, unless they change tack very soon
