The tech bro fascination with eugenics is so on brand. The idea that you could make accurate, actionable predictions from individual genotypes (with all their complex, non-linear interactions) from averaged, linearly modeled population-level genomic statistics is just another big data fantasy

Languages don't go extinct because they are not rich enough to convey the full range of the thoughts of their speakers. They do go extinct because their speakers are not rich enough to stand up to external pressures, whether outright oppression or the kids looking for jobs in a dominant tongue.
