I’m all for more XLeague. I absolutely loved this past Rice Bowl, and it being in NHK meant no advertising time-outs!

The pacing was quick and scoreline even. I just need to do a better job at explaining to my in-laws what’s going on so they don’t constantly ask to change the channel.

Well that’s a bummer. It must be hard to pull supporters away from JEF and Kashiwa since Urayasu is practically in the middle of the two.

I went to one of their matches when they played at Fukudadenshi a few months ago, and I was impressed. They played well and had great support.

And this is how we are going into the #JFL summer break. Reilac in the promotion spot, Verspah headed for the playoffs, ReinMeer in direct pursuit of these two. Grulla will need a hell of a run to catch up, Veertien, YSCC and Criacao should watch their step as the drop zone is coming nearer.

#JEFUnited announced that Kazuki Tanaka (FW7) to be out on medical leave for 8 months following an injury/surgery in MW22 where he initially went down, but decided to play on only to ask to be subbed off a few minutes later.

Yesterday, his teammates brought along his jersey in support for him.

Tough loss for #JEFUnited today. I don’t think I seen a look so timid as I did today. Defense looked scared, offense lost. So many opportunities wasted because we’d get the ball and not have anyone to pass to. Until we regain our chemistry and confidence, our dribbled and crosses will be poor.
