The man is a complete fraud and the fact that he has enjoyed a moderate reputation as an “institutionalist” for so long is the most enduring failure of the media and legal community.

I’ve never seen any professional group of people fail upward and then entrench themselves quite like the Democratic consultant/campaign class. Always fighting the last war, and it’s usually the one they lost.

They say this at the beginning of every government shutdown and they end up getting blamed as a result. And rightly so.

The Supreme Court is by far the biggest mistake in the Constitution and they continue to prove it on a daily basis.

For whatever reason, if nothing else the American people do seem to get that Republicans are always to blame for govt. shutdowns. Maybe it was all those decades of relentless attacks on the very concept of government?? Just a wild stab.

Hopefully the whole Bari Weiss thing and Ezra Klein thing starts waking people up to the fact that corporate media is mostly populated with mediocre people who have made millions and gained unbelievable influence because they threaten nothing and tell wealthy people exactly what they want to hear.

Democratic “strategists” is an oxymoron. The fact that these people make the money that they do is a blue ribbon example of a market failure.

If we can embrace the Israeli destruction of Gaza City, surely we can take the next step and accept the armed occupation of our own cities.

The Presidential immunity decision opened the door for this garbage, but only applies to the President. If we ever get to the other side of this, there needs to be actual criminal statutes (with teeth) enacted to prevent this kind of bullshit. Enough with the norms and duck tape crapola.

DOJ is gonna get overwhelmed with lawsuits and even the SC is gonna have trouble keeping up with them as much as Roberts wants to help Trump. Be careful what you wish for, or in Roberts’s case open the door for.

Sullivan was a disaster on Ukraine too. He was THE voice constantly tying their hands and for withholding arms for fear of “escalation”. And his idea of “escalation” only ever went one way in breaking for the Russians. He was an across the board failure.

Don’t stop rubbing their noses in the teachings of Christ.

The reality is not too disturbing for him to imagine. He’s just fine with it. The SC opinions amount to nothing more than excuses that they write counting on the public to either not read or not spend more than five seconds thinking about.
