Digitales Gedenken an Holocaust: Jeder Name zählt Das Arolsen-Archiv hat die größte Sammlung von Akten zu NS-Opfern. In dieser Woche sollen 27.000 digitalisiert werden. Jeder und jede kann mithelfen.

Zum #Holocaust-Gedenktag fordert das @arolsenarchives.bsky.social zur Challenge: 27.000 Akten zu NS-Opfern sollen digitalisiert werden. Damit die nicht vergessen werden. Jeder und jede kann und sollte mitmachen. Wie das geht, steht in meinem Erklärtext @taz.de

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.
