Still not feeling well.Diagnostic tests all came back negative(good) I'm getting 0 help instead of the 0 help I normally get( I had to change my bed by myself yesterday, after weeks of it not being done)Not helping my stress levels at all.

Dealing with a mystery illness that has knocked me on my butt.This from someone who regularly worked night shifts for months with bronchitis.I am not Abe to really eat or do much of anything.

I wish I had paid attention to nutrition when I was younger and had more control over my diet. Bad food and chronic illness can affect memory and the medications we take as a result can accelerate this process. We (i) need to actively combat this by staying as sane as possible. Don't be MAGA.

I just asked about my twice a year B12 injection. The med nurse said that I got it and I checked my notes app and she was right. This was 11 days ago. I'm losing my mind.

I think my next step will be to restart in Recovery Mode and change passwords (AGAIN) and then do the other steps to reset Permissions.Also could reinstall the OS.It couldn't make it any worse( not that things are bad.Just frustrating that I can't get the setup I want).It should not be this hard.

The MacBook woes continue. I have fixed NOTHING on this POS!I thought I'd revisit the reset PRAM thing and thought"maybe I can shut down, mash all the keys and then restart" No. Just pressing Command Option restarts my machine.This is not a shortcut I made.It's the universe fucking with me.

Someone will have to study the long term effects of AI.We need to know if the human energy it saves is worth the resource energy it uses. Right now, it is just as inefficient as humans are but in a different way.

Time Machine is useless. Not letting me restore to a week ago, tells me I have to use Migration Assistant. I have been allowed to do NOTHING all day! Google is answering every question except what I ask(no matter how many times I rephrase them) This is no longer my fault. FUCK YOU Apple!

I have a Time Machine backup but my problems might have predated it. But it might be the best option to start. The "hold down power button and then command option P R is bullshit. I'm not a fucking octopus.

New computer problems this morning( would love to blame Apple but I can"t).I also have to learn how to fix them before I attempt. Maybe as easy as resetting PRAM. Maybe as complicated as reinstalling the OS. I just want to use my machine(the option I decided to go with.....for now).

By the way, the 15.4 MacOS update took longer than downloading and installing the ENTIRE OS! All this to fix an audio problem I didn't't have until this morning.
