I would think that all the different identities queer men have around bodies would make it easier, but maybe they just become different standards to attempt to fit in some minds. But I hope to see some more embrace of fluidity here.

I have probably just been lucky in the communities I've entered, broadly queer or gaymers mostly. Not exactly based on looks. But I haven't seen people policing each other's bodies so much as a lot of people desperate to change their own appearance.

Been noodling on the 'straight men fell for the gay gaze with bodybuilding' thing because... I dunno that 'at least queer men have a sexual release with each other' cuts it. Queer men rate lower body satisfaction. There's still a decent harm on us.
